Search Process
Our partnership approach ensures that we fully understand the strategic, operational and financial issues confronting our clients. Our search typically consists of four stages.
Stage I
- Preliminary Consultation with the Client to gain a detailed understanding of the organization, wok culture and the position.
- Conduct a detailed research on the Industry, Position, Target Companies and determine the feasibility of the search as per the client requirements.
- Finalizes the Search Strategy in consultation with the client covering.
- Details of the role, responsibilities, goals and key challenges of the position.
- Key competencies which form the basis for the assessment of potential candidates.
- Develop list of Target Companies.
- Time-lines for search.
- Communication protocol during entire search process.
Stage II
- Locate and identify potential candidates using databases, Networks and other direct sourcing methods.
- Present a list of potential candidates handling similar role with the target companies to the client.
- Assess and validate each candidate against the position specifications and the key competencies.
- Further identify the potential candidates with continued conversations and ascertain their interest in the position and their motivation for change.
- Review and assess backgrounds of potential candidates prior to the personal meeting with the candidate.
Stage III
- Short-listed candidates then go through stringent Interviewing process which benchmarks them against the key competencies and the deliverables required for the position.
- A detailed assessment sheet is prepared which communicates the findings of the Interview process to the Clients.
- Preliminary reference check is done to probe further into their Educational Background, career history, character and perceived potential.
- Final shortlist along with the assessment sheet, Detailed candidate profile and ranking in terms of the interest levels of candidates in the positions is forwarded to the client.
Stage IV
- Co-ordinate for the Interviews with the clients.
- Advise the client on a compensation package and assist in negotiations upon request.
- Have a Back-up plan in terms of the next best suitable candidate should the negotiations fail or should the candidate not accept the offer.
- Continued follow-up during the orientation phase to assure a smooth transition till the joining.
